Three Way Builders was first approached by WS Steel in 2003 for a 31,000 sqft project followed by an addition of 15,700 sqft in 2010.
Later, in 2013, Three Way Builders started Phase 3 with the new addition to the WS Steel Head Office and Manufacturing Plant. This project included a new manufacturing area of 19,102 sqft, with 38’ and 45’ high bays with multiple cranes and specialized pits for more high-tech equipment. The 2-story main building features front offices with a rounded curtain wall while the manufacturing plant has a ceiling height that exceeds 40 feet, along with insulated panel walls, and EPDM roof system.
