Southland Church – Phase 4

Southland Church once again selected Three Way Builders to construct phase 4 of their facility. The new addition is a 23,000sf retreat centre. It includes a new 800 seat auditorium and atrium spaces. The main walls of the auditorium are movable walls allowing for a wide range of use cases for the space. The main stage includes an automatic telescoping section for use in smaller settings. The addition also includes curved glass walls, and special acoustic treatments. The project was carried out in such a way as to minimize impact on the weekly church services, which meant a main entrance had to be maintained through the construction site throughout construction.
