Southern Health – Unit 4

This project involved a complete interior fit-up to create functional office space for the Southern Health construction team. The goal was to transform an existing commercial interior into a professional, efficient working environment that could support the team's day-to-day operations.

Three Way Builders was chosen for the job based on our strong, ongoing relationship with Southern Health and our proven ability to deliver high-quality commercial construction solutions. The work included framing, drywall installation, electrical and mechanical upgrades, as well as finishing touches to ensure the space met both operational needs and comfort standards.

As a commercial construction project, the fit-up focused on optimizing layout, workflow, and functionality within the existing space. The final result is a clean, well-organized office environment tailored specifically for the Southern Health team—allowing them to carry out their essential work with improved efficiency and comfort.
