Rest Haven Fire Sprinkler

Three Way Builders was the successful bidder on the fire sprinkler retrofit at the Rest Haven in Steinbach, MB. The project consists of adding a sprinkler system to 32,000sf of the existing care facility on 2 floors, a basement and attic space. The entire project requires infectious control procedures which Three Way was able to perform beyond the expectations of Southern Health. The project was completed months ahead of schedule and on budget.
