Pet Valu Expansion & Fit-up

Three Way Builders designed and built a 2,523-square-foot addition to Clearspring Mall, enhancing its value and securing a great tenant. The challenge was to seamlessly integrate the addition with the older building using modern, cost-efficient techniques. The construction included concrete piles, a floating concrete slab floor, structural steel with steel studs, and an EIFS exterior with brick at the bottom. Impressed by our communication and work during the addition, the franchise owner and manager recommended Three Way Builders to Pet Valu corporate. This led to a contract for renovating the existing space and completing the interior fit-up of the addition.
