North Centennial Recreation & Leisure Facility

Three Way Builders worked with Bridgman Collaborative Architecture on this design-build project for the City of Winnipeg. The project included an 18,000 sq.ft. addition to provide space for a new gym, classrooms, kitchens, and a fitness centre. The scope of work also included renovating the existing shower and washroom areas and installing a sprinkler system in the entire facility. To attain the LEED Silver Certification in environmental design, this building incorporated numerous “green” features including 8,000 sq.ft. of green roof areas and a large solar wall system.
