After identifying that the existing front entrance roof had become unsafe, the owner of Main Bread & Butter turned to Three Way Builders for a reliable solution. Our team was brought in to remove the deteriorating roof structure and ensure the safety of the building before moving forward with reconstruction. Once the area was secure, we constructed a brand-new roof over a redesigned entrance, improving both functionality and curb appeal.

To further enhance the exterior, we installed modern new siding along the front wall surrounding the entrance, giving the building a refreshed and contemporary look. The remaining exterior walls were given a fresh coat of paint to ensure a cohesive appearance and to brighten the overall aesthetic. Additionally, new exterior lighting was added to improve visibility and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for customers.
