Jake Epp Library

This steel and wood framed building was first built back in 1997. It features curved surfaces, both in the interior and exterior, with a curved front window wall. Later on, TWB was hired one more time for an addition that included a kids’ area, a reading room, and a multipurpose room.

Since the original completion date, the owners have enhanced the adjacent area with a beautifully landscaped public mini-park. The site is becoming a destination of choice for relaxation and rejuvenation for young and old alike. Three Way Builders is proud to have been a part of this successful project.
