Golden West – Tenant Improvements

Golden West Broadcasting hired Three Way Builders to finish the interior of the new addition constructed for them as a tenant of Walrus Properties. They had previously outgrown their offices in Steinbach, so the additional second floor space was designated solely to them. The interior renovation consisted of new flooring, painting, extending the mechanical system, and upgrading the lighting. The spiral stair case in the entrance was also refinished as more of a feature for the space.
