Ron Loeppky, from Fairway Ford in Steinbach, MB selected Three Way Builders to design-build a 1600 sq.ft. addition and renovation of their existing Ford dealership. Three Way worked closely with Ron and his team to design a new indoor showroom that would show off the vehicles and added a client waiting area complete with fireplace and coffee station. The existing building was renovated and a new covered canopy was added over the service area for vehicle delivery. Fairway Ford was able to remain open and operational throughout the construction.
