Emmanuel Evangelical Free Church – Addition & Renovation

When the EEFC was struggling to get their proposed addition budget in line they decided to hire Three Way Builders to get the project back on track. EEFC was looking to create a larger open concept meeting area/lobby with additional space for coffee services, library and event space. The result was an 18,000sqft addition that features fabulous glass railing stairs and mezzanine overlooking a generous 2-storey meeting space. Skylights up above and large windows on three sides provide generous amounts of natural light. Our value added engineering helped our client to design a far more functional space and even redevelop their existing spaces into more functional and friendly environments than they thought possible.
