Eastman Education Centre

This exciting new project is Phase 1 of a brand new Education Campus in Steinbach, Manitoba. It includes 10 classrooms for Red River College and other educational institutions, administration offices, as well as ancillary spaces. The centrally located reception/lounge/meeting area is indisputably the showcase of this 17,900 sq.ft. building with its high ceilings and 360-degrees perimeter natural lighting. It also contains a bistro, which makes it into a natural gathering point for students and staff alike.

The construction management process enabled the owners to engage preferred suppliers and sub-trades, some from their own constituency, to the overall benefit of the project. The facility has achieved its intended role as the catalyst to start a very large and successful education endeavour and, needless to say, the owners are extremely pleased with the aesthetic and functional impact the building has already had in the community.
