Dairy Farmers of Manitoba

Three Way Builders was hired as the design-build contractor to design and construct a modern new office facility for the Dairy Farmers of Manitoba. Situated in a brand new commercial development on the west edge of Winnipeg, the owners took full advantage of the scenic pond and walkways by incorporating an outdoor patio off of the staff lunch room. This 15,880 sqft building includes offices, meeting rooms, an executive board room, a large warehouse, and an exercise room. This building is also the home of Horizon Lab where all of Manitoba’s milk is tested on a daily basis
