Countryside Farms Renovation

Three Way Builders was awarded this design build project to convert an existing production space to house a new egg storage facility located in Steinbach, Manitoba. The project consisted of interior partition wall demolition, extensive cleanup of an existing production and warehouse space. The re-work of all spaces including renovation of employee lounge, washroom and office spaces were also completed requiring all spaces to be renovated to food service grade specifications. The addition of new 8,000 SQFT cooler room, new fridge space, epoxy floor finishes, chilling equipment, renovation of existing loading bays, additional dock spaces and levelers, decommissioning and infill of existing dewatering pits, retrofit and upgrades of existing structural steel building and the revision to electrical services and mechanical systems were completed resulting in owners’ ability to relocate their existing storage facility to this location.
