Barkman Concrete Paver Plant

Three Way Builders was awarded this project to construct a 40,818 square foot Paver Plant for Barkman Concrete at their 152 Brandt Street location in Steinbach, Manitoba. This new building features specialized, modern, computer-driven equipment for better and faster production to keep up with Barkman’s demand for these products. The plant is structured with a concrete foundation and Robertson Steel pre-engineered steel building system, featuring a height of 57 feet. Coordination with three structural engineers was required: foundation, pre-engineered building, and vibration control.
