Three Way Builders was the successful bidder for the James Richardson International Airport base building upgrades and the Plaza Premium Lounge Tenant Fit-up of the international airports newest lounge. The project consisted of the stainless steel and glass demising walls, trenching and coring of the structural concrete slab to allow for electrical conduit and mechanical drains, as well as coordinating receiving of the clients furniture from overseas and working with local authorities to approve lighting upgrades as well as all interior finishes and millwork. Working on the secured side of the airport presents unique challenges which were handled skillfully by Three Way's project team.
