Located on the east side of Winnipeg, this building is the new corporate head office for IDC Communications. It includes numerous sales offices, an accounting department, inventory storage, showroom, boardroom, a service area as well as a drive-in installation bay. The structure is pre-engineered steel framing with insulated wall panel cladding. Additional aesthetic interest is provided with coloured ‘Dryvit’ façade panels on the exterior walls. The new building has received a top approval rating from the owners for its functionality and its progressive and impressive interior design.
