Three Way Builders was awarded this tender to perform a tenant fit up in a unit to be occupied by a veterinarian hospital. The millwork design incorporated materials that would achieve higher impact and stain resistance with longer wear cycles. Special trim was used to provide a smooth rounded transition at the corners while preventing dirt build-up.
