Bothwell Water Treatment Plant

Three Way Builders was contracted to construct a 2,475 sq. ft., 18-foot high addition to the Bothwell Water Treatment Plant. The expansion includes a new laboratory and a mechanical room, supporting the plant’s growing operational needs. As part of the project, concrete pads were added on two sides of the building to accommodate equipment access and future development. The design focused on functionality, durability, and seamless integration with the existing facility. This addition enhances the plant’s capacity and supports improved water service for the community.
