Sun Gro Perlite Plant

Sun Gro's 50x50 industrial perlite plant was built to provide an efficient, on-site solution for producing perlite, eliminating the need to import the product. The new facility was constructed approximately 200 feet from the existing building and strategically connected to it by a 175-foot-long conveyor system. This conveyor was designed to transport the freshly manufactured perlite directly to the existing mixer, streamlining the production process and significantly improving operational efficiency. The project demonstrates a thoughtful integration of new infrastructure with existing systems, supporting Sun Gro’s long-term goals for self-sufficiency and productivity.
