Bridge Park Life Lease

Bridgepark Village was a design-build collaboration between MMP Architects and Three Way Builders. It was designed and sold on the projected cost before complete details had been finalized. Therefore, the team relationship between the architect and builder needed to be tightly in sync as to guarantee the promised project cost. Working backwards from the budget MMP and Three Way designed and developed a seniors’ life lease condominium that rivals the higher quality housing apartments. This very efficient process proved to be very successful for the community.
