Westgrove Phase 1

Following the success of Lexington Village in Steinbach, Three Way Builders expanded its vision for affordable, high-quality housing with the launch of West Grove in Kleefeld, MB.

In Phase 1, the project introduced 18 single-family homes, thoughtfully designed to provide comfortable, modern living in a growing rural community. These homes laid the foundation for a broader development that includes a mix of duplexes, single-family, and future multi-family units, aimed at accommodating a variety of homebuyers and families.

Set in the heart of Kleefeld, West Grove offered residents small-town charm with access to essential amenities, schools, and green space. The project reflected Three Way Builders’ ongoing commitment to building livable, community-oriented neighborhoods throughout southeastern Manitoba.
