Lexington Phase 5

Phase 5 of Lexington Village marked another exciting chapter in the ongoing growth of this dynamic community. This phase included the creation of Kensington Street, which connected and expanded the existing layout between York and Windsor Streets. The development introduced 10 single-family homes and 2 duplexes, providing housing for up to 14 families.
