Three Way Builders was proud to complete the construction of a 2,943 square foot daycare facility and accompanying sprinkler pumphouse in the community of Ste. Anne. Funded through a provincial initiative to expand childcare capacity, this project addressed the growing need for accessible daycare spaces in the area. Built on a helical pile foundation, the new wood-frame structure replaced an aging facility that was fully demolished. Durability and cost-efficiency were at the forefront of the design, with interior drywall specified as abuse-resistant and the lower four feet of walls clad in easy-to-clean PVC panels—perfect for high-traffic childcare environments. A key safety feature of the project was the Cast-in-Place concrete water cistern, used for fire suppression and housed within the pumphouse. This system, powered by a diesel-driven Clarke pump, provided a reliable and budget-conscious fire safety solution. The project’s thoughtful construction ensured a long-lasting, low-maintenance facility that meets the rigorous demands of childcare operation. Most importantly, it created valuable new daycare spaces for local families, strengthening the fabric of the Ste. Anne community.
