Selkirk EMS

Three Way Builders was proud to lead the construction of the new 7,500-sq.-ft. EMS facility in Selkirk, awarded through a competitive tendering process. Located on a greenfield site adjacent to the former Selkirk hospital, the facility includes a six-bay garage, offices, crew quarters, and dedicated space for paramedic training. Three Way Builders managed all phases of the build, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to schedule. To complete the project, we also coordinated final landscaping, including full sod installation to deliver a clean, finished site. This facility now stands as a critical addition to Selkirk’s emergency services infrastructure.
