Project Management
Good Management Means Good Results

- Project Management/Design-Build Relationship
Three Way Builders Ltd. has grown to become a leader in providing Construction Management and Project Management services to a broad client base in sectors as diverse as commercial buildings, shopping malls, educational and health-care facilities, community centers and arenas, office structures, and institutional housing projects. In all of these areas, a teamwork-based approach ensures that what is envisioned at the outset of the process is what is delivered in the end, with excellent results, and with peace of mind for our clients.
Our Project Managers and Estimators meet with the client and design team early in the process, and at specific intervals to offer direct costing and scheduling input. We then initiate material and sub-trade tendering processes (open-book), obtain permits, issue and manage sub-trade agreements and material orders, monitor and code invoices, ensure that safety code requirements are met, and provide full accounting and reporting to satisfy specific client requirements. Our excellent accounting department pays all sub-trades and suppliers on behalf of the owner, administers hold-backs as required, and obtains statutory declarations and regulatory registration verifications.
Because many of our people come from the trade side of the construction industry, we understand the processes involved in Project Management from the inside out. This knowledge helps Three Way Builders Ltd. to achieve competitive pricing and efficiencies that accrue directly to the benefit of our clients. Good rapport with the numerous sub-trades we employ also works directly to our clients’ advantage. By maintaining close contact with our clients throughout the construction process, we ensure process integrity, accountability and a quality of management that really stands out in the construction industry.
“Three Way Builders considered the needs of our corporation and made every attempt to find solutions that were timely and cost conscious.”
