This conceptual design model, developed by the design team at Three Way Builders, was used to show the client what this impressive facility would look like upon completion. The two-storey office features a curved, glass curtain wall with masonary and acrylic stucco finish materials. The shop walls are enclosed with a 3″ insulated, prefinished metal panel.

Description:

WS Machining & Fabrication of Blumenort, MB. is a specialty steel manufacturing company which had been expanding steadily during the past several years and decided that it was time to build an additional facility in Steinbach, MB. The new building has 24 000 sqft of shop area and 7 050 sqft of office space. The shop is equipped with two cranes that servie the entire shop floor area. Some of the high tech equipment inside the shop includes plasma cutters, pipe benders and numerous welding stations.
