Using 3D computer software, designers at Three Way Builders were able to generate this conceptual view from Hwy. 12 to demonstrate the prime commercial exposure this building will have.

Description:

Located near the corner of Main St. and Hwy. 12 in Steinbach MB., this three storey building has a combination of commercial and residential occupancies. The main floor, which is 8500 sqft, has several commercial retail units, one of which will be occupied by Century 21 Gold Key Realty. Golden West Broadcasting will claim the entire 2nd floor, which will be the new home for Lite 96.7 FM and 1250 AM. The third floor contains eight apartment suites including five 2 bedroom units and three 1 bedroom units.
