Ste Anne Co-op Bulk Petroleum Station
This pre-engineered building includes special features such as four hour fire wall between the office and warehouse, necessary to accommodate the storage of high hazard products.

Description:

Three Way Builders designed and built the efficient pre-engineered steel building to meet the specific needs of Ste. Anne Co-op Ltd. – within a set five month construction schedule. Due to the storage of potentially hazardous products, four hour fire-walls were required between office and warehouse, and the building had to be accessible 24 hours per day to truckers loading fuel. Building features included a high-ceilinged show room, in-floor heating pipes for employee comfort, and shop walls and ceilings lined with pre-finished metal.
