Three Way Builders is excited to partner again with Southland Community Church in their Phase 3 addition.  As the church continues to grow they are quickly running out of space.  With approximately 3,300 people attending each weekend, four services aren’t enough to accommodate everyone in the current 750 seat auditorium, so currently, the Chapel is used as overflow seating via simulcast.  Phase 3 will add 60, 000 sq. ft. of new space including new rooms for children’s ministry, prayer room, healing center, offices and a new auditorium with 2,033 seats. This project will also include renovating approximately 20,000 sq. ft. of the existing building to accommodate an expanded kitchen and coffee area, a larger nursery and wider hallways and expanded lobbies. The parking lot is also being expanded to provide an additional 500 parking stalls.
