Description:
In the restaurant business a change in décor is part of the business. In Smitty’s Steinbach location it was time for more than just a facelift and Robert Dyck went looking for the right team for this work. The challenge with renovations is that one never knows what will be found behind those walls! When a renovation is to take place while the business is still operating, it poses a whole additional set of challenges. Three Way’s team of trades and suppliers, together with the owners coordinated efforts made this project a smooth renovation with the restaurant being able to stay open throughout the renovation period. Despite a construction start of the end of October, 2006, the new meeting/banquet room was ready for Christmas banquets on December 1st. Take time out and have a meal at this newly renovated Smitty’s!
