MCC Canada Office Upgrades, Winnipeg, Mb.:

Description:

MCC (Mennonite Central Committee) Canada partnered with MMP Architects and Three Way Builders for this office upgrade. They were looking for an improved heating system, geothermal, as well as numerous interior improvements for their 23 year old building adjacent to the Red River on Plaza Drive. A primary requirement was that the retail store, Ten Thousand Villages, as well as the shipping warehouse and most of the office workers stations were to remain fully operational during the demolition and renovations. To accomplish this, the project was divided into two phases.
