New exterior treatment for the entire building.
Description:
The former Penner Chev building in Steinbach has received a major facelift. Paul Vielfaure purchased the site and hired Three Way Builders Ltd. to design a new look for the building. The retail spaces were fully leased prior to completion of the face-lift. The new appearance is a major improvement for this high-traffic corner of downtown Steinbach.
