This 3d rendered model of the apartment building, which was developed by MMP architects, helped the future suite owners visualize the completed project. It also made it possible for the marketing team to sell many units before the actual construction began.

Description:

This 55-plus, 35 unit, Life Lease apartment building, which was designed by MMP Architects, is located on Stonebridge Crossing in Steinbach, Manitoba. The modern facility will include underground parking and different suite size options. Three Way Builders is the general contractor and plans to finish this project in the summer of 2003.
