Description:
Three Way Builders was contacted directly to provide a solution for Bothwell Cheese’s cold storage need. After years of shipping cheese to Winnipeg for cold storage, Bothwell Cheese now has their own storage building in New Bothwell. This 8,400 sq. ft. building includes a large scale cooler system, a 2,250 sq. ft. loading dock, with an office and two shipping and receiving areas. The shipping and receiving area includes in-floor heat that is recovered from the cooler compressors. The project also has high efficiency lighting.
