<h4>Description:</h4>
<p>Three Way Builders was awarded the tender bid on this 24,000 sq. ft. renovation to the Ingaldson Building located beside Riverfront Drive and the Red River in downtown Winnipeg.  This project will create office spaces for Northern Sky Architecture Inc. and KNH Sawatzky Engineering as well as 10 condominiums units.  This project entails demolition and renovation of a four floor existing warehouse.  There will be two condos and common service area in the basement, the main floor will be office space and there will be four condos each on the 2nd and 3rd floors.  The addition of these new condo’s will help in the revitalization of the downtown area.  Some of the interesting detail in this project is the heave timber construction with 16 inch square timber columns that will be exposed on all the floors.  There will also be exposed floor decking on the second floor that will form the exposed ceilings in the main floor offices.</p>

<p>In spring of 2011, a new Motel 6 will open on the TransCanada Highway in Headingly.  Three Way Builders is pleased to be part of the team that is opening up a whole new option for travellers going to and from Winnipeg.  The 70 unit motel will feature a swimming pool that will attract families coming for events in the nearby John Blumberg Sports Complex and the newly constructed MTS Multiplex.  This new Motel 6 will feature the brand new corporate image and should attract more businesses and travellers to the area.</p>

<h4>Description:</h4>
<p>When the Community Development Corporation (CDC) in Ste Anne needed to expand their existing building to accommodate the Town Offices and more space for the Manitoba Government offices, they extended a Request for Proposals for a design build solution.  Three Way Builders was chosen as the contractor with the best solution and overall value.  Approximately half of the 5,700 sq. ft. expansion will be new offices for the Town of Ste Anne with the balance being leased as office space for various Provincial Government Offices.  A complete facelift of the existing building forms part of the design build contract.  The building will feature energy efficient lighting, triple pane windows and a geothermal heating/cooling system.  The geothermal system will also replace the existing gas fired heating/cooling system in the existing office area.  This development right next to the new St. Anne Co-op building will be a great asset to the CDC.</p>

<p>Three Way Builders was the successful bidder on the new St. Anne Co-op gas bar and convenience store in Ste. Anne, Manitoba.  This new state of the art facility will feature a four bay wand wash car wash and 8 gas pumps under a canopy.  The location at the corner of Dawson Road and Traverse Road will be a great addition to the Town of Ste Anne!  Three Way is pleased to again be working with the St. Anne Co-op having completed several other projects with them in the past.</p>

<h4>Description:</h4>
<p>Three Way Builders was hired by the NWTC board as the Construction Manager for the redevelopment of an existing building on Assiniboine Avenue.  After that site fell through TWB has been working with NWTC on several other locations and now is just beginning the renovation and addition to 667 Ellice Avenue in Winnipeg.  The work includes an entire renovation as well as an addition of another floor on top of the existing building and an elevator addition at the rear of the building.</p>
<p>This facility will function as a Women’s Transition Centre with fifteen suites as well as program space including a full kitchen for the benefit of the residents.  Three Way Builders is excited to be involved in projects like this that provide real benefits to the community and congratulate the NWTC board for their persistence in making this project come together.</p>
