Three Way Builders is privileged to provide the Project Management for this luxury condominium. The Pointe Riviere Condos, located at 199 Youville Street in Winnipeg, consist of 36 upscale condos overlooking the Seine River. The suites range in size from 1280 to 1600 sq ft. Building amenities include underground parking as well as multi-purpose and exercise rooms and the property is connected to walkways along the Seine River. The building, developed by Barkman Construction, is structural steel with hollowcore concrete flooring.

Gold Rush Estates:

Description:

This is an appropriate name for a project in Red Lake, Ontario. The town was in a growth period with a new mine shaft and also forestry initiatives in progress. The entire project consists of five 4-plex and one 6-plex condominium units. Three Way Builders built the first one in 2007 and looks forward to completing the project in the near future.

Description:

Three Way Builders Ltd. was invited to tender on the design and construction of three 4-plex housing units for the Grassy Narrows First Nation. Although not necessarily the lowest tendered price, Three Way was deemed to be the best value for the project and was awarded the contract to design and construct these buildings. Three Way Builders works hand in hand with the First Nation’s designated construction coordinator and hires local workers to help in the construction of their homes. Three Way Builders always strives to benefit the local community by providing quality buildings and creating local employment in the process.

This two story, 16 suite apartment building will help fill a need for affordable rental units in Morris Manitoba. Working together as a team with the owner has helped to create a well built yet affordable housing project that will serve the community well.

Description:

When Waldo Neustaedter of Century 21 saw a need for affordable housing in Steinbach, he chose to partner with Three Way Builders Ltd. to develop a neighbourhood that would reach out to those first time home buyers that needed an affordable home. Phase I consisted of 39 housing units (8 duplex units and 23 single family units) and these were sold out in 2005. Phase II consisted of 67 housing units (9 duplex and 49 single family homes). The final phase of this development will be concluded with the construction, now underway, of 20 units in the duplex style.
