Bothwell Cheese Cold Storage Building

Description:

Three Way Builders was contacted directly to provide a solution for Bothwell Cheese’s cold storage need.  After years of shipping cheese to Winnipeg for cold storage, Bothwell Cheese will soon have their own storage building in New Bothwell.  This 8,400 sq. ft. building will include a large scale cooler system, a 2,250 sq. ft. loading dock, with an office and two shipping and receiving areas.  The shipping and receiving area includes in-floor heat that is recovered from the cooler compressors.  The project also has high efficiency lighting.

Description:

Just six years after relocating to a new 44,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility on the Life Sciences Parkway in Steinbach, WS Machining and Fabrication is adding another 15,500 sq. ft. of manufacturing space.  Three Way Builders relationship with WS has spanned 12 years and this is the fourth expansion during that time! Some special features in this new area will be a 20 Ton and 10 Ton crane, shot blast booth and a paint booth for handling large projects.  Three Way is proud to be chosen as the design/build contractor for this building and is looking forward to the next phase as WS continues to grow its business in Manitoba and beyond.

Description:

Carleton Hatchery located in Grunthal Manitoba continues to expand its operations. This is the second addition to this facility in less than 5 years. The steel construction with insulated wall panels makes for an efficient building and complies with the CFIA requirements.

This conceptual design model, developed by the design team at Three Way Builders, was used to show the client what this impressive facility would look like upon completion. The two-storey office features a curved, glass curtain wall with masonary and acrylic stucco finish materials. The shop walls are enclosed with a 3″ insulated, prefinished metal panel.

Description:

WS Machining & Fabrication of Blumenort, MB. is a specialty steel manufacturing company which had been expanding steadily during the past several years and decided that it was time to build an additional facility in Steinbach, MB. The new building has 24 000 sqft of shop area and 7 050 sqft of office space. The shop is equipped with two cranes that servie the entire shop floor area. Some of the high tech equipment inside the shop includes plasma cutters, pipe benders and numerous welding stations.
