Ledingham Pontiac Buick GMC Addition & Renovation Phase II:

The completed project in Steinbach, Manitoba.

Description:

Previously, in 2006, Three Way Builders teamed up with the Ledingham family in phase one of the dealership’s plans to expand the parking lot, auto body, service and wash bays. This project was the second phase and included the addition of a three lane drive-thru Quick Lube service, as well as an exterior facelift to upgrade to the new GMC standards, and a complete renovation of the office and showroom. One of the major interior renovations included moving the business’ popular Waffle Shop Restaurant from the second floor to the main floor level, where it will be the focal point of the showroom.

AutoCity Plaza, Phase III:

This 3D computer model of the building was developed by Three Way Builders to help the client pre-sell the retail units before construction started. Click on image to see the entire building.

Description:

When the spaces in Phase One and Two were fully occupied, Harry Peters decided the time was right to complete this strip mall. Three Way Builders had completed the first two phases in 2003 and was pleased to continue the project. The third and final phase provides 5,916 sqft of additional lease space and is divided into four commercial retail units.

Funk’s Toyota Second Addition:

Description:

Just two years ago, Funk’s Toyota gave the dealership a complete new look and added a large canopy to accommodate delivery of new vehicles to their clients. When Funk’s needed to add more showroom space to accommodate the new Toyota Truck line-up, Peter Funk once again relied on Three Way Builders to carry out the work. This new addition needed to match the new Toyota look without looking like an addition. Come on down to Funk’s and see the new addition. With the Purchase of both the GMC and the Chevrolet dealerships in Steinbach, the Ledingham family knew they wanted to consolidate the two dealerships under one roof. To accomplish this they turned to the local design/build firm Three Way Builders…

Funk’s Toyota:

Using specialized 3D software, the design team at Three Way Builders was able to overlay the new facade construction over a digital image of the exising building.

Description:

This project included a complete face lift of the front facade, adding a 1740 sqft canopy and constructing a 28′ high franchise tower. The exterior finish is acrylic stucco dryvit panels.
